Sessions are 50 minutes in length. The session fees are less than the recommended rate by The Australian Psychological Society and comparable to similar services.
We ask you to arrive 10 minutes early for your first session to complete necessary forms, so that it does not impact the time that could be spent in your consultation.
You may claim part of the session fees from Medicare under a Medicare Health Care Plan, which you can request from your GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician. You may also secure a rebate from your Private Health Fund, depending on what cover you have chosen. You will be provided with a receipt for your session, which will include all necessary details for you to collect the rebate after your session.
Except for exceptional unforeseen circumstances, the full session cost may be charged for appointments that are cancelled on the day or with less than 24 hours’ notice before your appointment time.
