"The good life is a process,
not a state of being.
It is a direction,
not a destination."

Carl Rogers

 Welcome to
Sydney Psychology Group

Sydney Psychology Group is a team of experienced and qualified clinicians who are passionate about the treatment and management of mental health. The vision of Sydney Psychology Group is to provide a space, where you are able to take a deep breath and begin to find your calm as soon as you walk through the door. We aim to engage the sense of sight, sound and smell to bring you into the present moment. We welcome you to use our meditation pods before or after sessions.

We know life is busy, so the meditation pods give you the opportunity to slip back into the present and focus on the good work that happens in your sessions. We also believe that seeing a psychologist is just like going to the spa, seeing a physio or getting your hair done. It’s just something that you do to take care of yourself, and there shouldn’t be any stigma around it. Our space is set up so you not only feel calmer just by walking in, but feel like you are in a space where you know you will be supported.

Why Sydney Psychology Group?

We all have a tendency to put others first, but in doing so, we can sometimes neglect the relationship with ourselves. Let us be your advocate and show you a kinder, gentler way to treat the most important person in your life, YOU! With the growing rate of mental health illnesses, it is crucial to make your mental health a priority.

At Sydney Psychology Group, we pride ourselves in providing, empathic, non-judgemental and empowering support. We hope that we can provide a safe space for you to learn more about yourself and leave you will skills and knowledge that you did not have previously, to lead a more meaningful and peaceful life. Sydney Psychology Group is a place you can be yourself.

“Anything that’s human is mentionable. And anything that’s mentionable is manageable. When we talk about our feelings they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.”

Fred Rogers
